Look at the shifter. The soil should be a ring that can be unscrewed. (It is probably too tight to unscrew by hand, but if you pay a heavy rubber band around it is much easier.) Once the ring, you should see the screws that hold the shifter to. The screws with these easy and can be removed and replace command.
