Heart Attack Warning Signs
Some crises are sudden and intense - the "movie heart attack," no one doubts what's happening. But most heart attacks start slowly with mild pain or discomfort. Often people affected are not sure what is wrong and wait too long before we help them. These are signs that can mean a heart attack happens:

Discomfort in the chest. Most attacks involve discomfort in the heart center of the chest that lasts more than a few minutes or goes away and comes back. It can be very hard, like pressure, squeezing, fullness or pain.
Discomfort in other areas of the torso. Symptoms may include pain or discomfort in one or both arms, back, neck, jaw or stomach.
Shortness of breath with or without chest discomfort.
Other symptoms are exploding in May, a cold sweat, nausea or dizziness

Stroke Warning Signs
The American Stroke Association says these are the warning signs of stroke:

Sudden numbness or weakness of face, armor leg, especially on one side of the body
Sudden confusion, problems speaking or understanding
Sudden do not see in one or both eyes
Sudden trouble walking, dizziness, loss of balance or coordination;
Sudden severe headache with no known cause
If you or someone you have one or more of these signs, do not hesitate! Immediately call 9-1-1 or Emergency Medical Services (EMS) number so an ambulance (ideally with the support of life-peak) can be sent by you. Check also know the weather that occur when the first symptoms. It is very important to take immediate action. If it is given within three hours of onset of symptoms, a clot busting drug can reduce long-term disability for the most common form of stroke.

A heart attack show no symptoms. It may be quiet and not cause much damage, even death. What you describe is similar to the symptoms of heart attack, but one can not know for sure if you examined in the emergency room. Most frequently take a radiograph of the chest, electrocardiogram (ECG as one, two represent electrocardiogram), blood tests, and then close the screen, heart rate, O2 saturation monitor and oxygen. These machines monitor your heart rate, respiratory rate, the amount of oxygen by the tissues (oxygen saturation) is absorbed, and, of course, oxygen is a precaution to make sure you eat plenty of tissues. You can also start IV, the result on the monitor.

Get tested. You can save your life.
