When you buy from a dealer, you must PST 8% and 5% GST to pay the price of vehicles sold in retail + management fee. When buying from a private citizen, you only pay the PST of 8% in the Licensing Office in accordance with Red Book value is usually higher than the retail. A little secret ... Or dealer, the perception of the value in a vehicle in a form, you can get Fron the Office of Licensing. Hope this helps ..
