I am willing to cook an industrial kitchen for a new soul food restaurant that I want to open the grill for rent. I searched google, but I have not really found much. I am from San Diego, CA, and I want some place where you could rent to know because they did not show a lot of space in the desired location.

It is also possible to cook at home and sell it in a restaurant? I know I should be certain rules and regulations, but if someone could point me in the right direction that would be great.
