What types of leg exercises should I AVOID if I want wider hips and butt? - how to avoid wide hips and butt

Many of the exercises voting slim hips, but I do not want your hips slimmer! I prefer to have bigger. I squats, lunges, and I did not pitch torque.

if we could always do more thigh exersize to maximize the appearance .... but you do not have the muscles of the hips, so you can really bulky ... only fat

I think you should put your legs in an extreme form of this form of muscular exercise and hips are wider and stronger muscles. In addition, calves can make himself sound even more thick T & J (and juicy!) Working in the legs more and more massive. It's how you practice, not the muscles during exercise.

If you do not like a man (aka ripped) look like enough to eat, you give your body a little natural padding.

sorry. I am a man and so boards are missing extension hips.
But I must say I am glad to know that it is trying at least one girl to get a big butt and hips.
Girl with wide hips are really very, very nice. :)

Trust me, you want more TSD hips ... I have big hips, and when I wear shirts that I look terrible and stricter ugh can not stand ...!!!!!
